Wire flame coating system for automotive parts

This turn-key system was developed for the mass production in molybdenum coating of automotive parts. It is based on a MP 200 Wire Flame Spray System. It simultaneously controls 3 wire flame spray guns at the same time. The system is equipped with several processes in one booth; grit blasting, cleaning spraying and cooling.
