MP 200 Multi Process Coating System for Aircraft Industry

This thermal spray system has been specially designed for industrial proved coating of applications, such as (not limited to):

• combustion chambers
• sealing rings
• engine vanes and blades
• landing gear components
• exit guide vanes
• HPT blades
• honeycomp seals
• compressor cases
• rotating seals
• tubes & ducts
  

This system can be used for multiple spray applications like

• bond coats with wire arc or plasma
• thermal barrier coatings
• wear resistant top coatings
• abradable coatings

Such systems are used typically from either OEM’s or repair and overhaul shops world wide. Some of the customers in the aircraft industries are:

System consists of following components:

MP 200 Multi Process System

• Control module with MMI touch panel
• Data logging system
• Gas module Plasma for all type of plasma guns
• Gas module for Powder Flame and/or Wire Flame
• Gas module HVOF (high velocity oxygen fuel) for liquid fuel, gas fuel and/or hybrid process
• JAM modules for all thermal spray processes
• Twin-20MFC or Single-20FRC powder feeders

• Flame Spray : 6P-II-A, 6PT extension etc.
